Vendor Agreement

This Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") governs your submission of software products ("Deals") to be sold on AppZestful. By submitting a Deal, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility. You represent that you are authorized to submit the Deal and that you have all necessary rights to distribute the Deal.
2. Content. You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy and legality of the Deal and the redeem codes you provide. You will not submit illegal or infringing material.
3. Fees and Splits. Unless otherwise agreed, you will receive the founder share specified in the Settings of the platform. AppZestful retains the platform share as a service fee. Founders grandfathered prior to the cutoff date will continue to receive the original split.
4. Payouts. Payouts are processed automatically after the refund window closes. You agree to provide accurate payment information for payouts.
5. Refunds. You agree that purchasers may request refunds within the refund window. When a refund is processed, the associated redeem code will be invalidated.
6. Indemnification. You will indemnify and hold AppZestful harmless against any claims arising from your Deal.

By submitting a Deal you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Agreement.
